Ingredients


Jaggery

Sugar

Anise

The tea leaves

Leaves of mint

Black pepper

Juice of lime









Instructions


In an elegant tall glass, combine ice cubes, mint leaves, a pinch of black salt, and one spoon of lime juice and jaggery juice.


For Jaggery Juice: If using a block of jaggery, soak it in water until it dissolves. Remove any impurities by straining them.


You can also add a few lemon slices along with the lemon juice if desired. To add flavor, we'll mix in some sparkling water. Soda can have a lemon flavor or a regular flavor. It only needs a single stir before it's ready to serve. To make it more elegant, garnish with mint leaves.

Crushed Sugar

Any Coffee Brand (Coffee beans not allowed)

Instructions


In a rock glass, combine one sachet or two spoons of your favorite coffee. If you want it to be light, simply add one spoon of it. Stir in one spoon of crushed sugar, a pinch of black salt, one to two spoons of lemon juice, and any flavor of the soda. For a spike of flavor, add ice cubes.

Instructions


In a blender, place enough watermelon pieces to serve the number of people, then add mint leaves and an ice cube. If serving 4-5 people, use two to three spoons of lemon juice, two pinches of black salt, and crushed black pepper. You can enhance the flavor with freshly roasted cumin powder.

Now, turn on the blender and grind everything together. Grab a glass and fill it with ice cubes, then two lemon slices to make it look fancy and tempting, and finally some juice. If necessary, add more ice.

In a blender, combine chopped tomatoes according to the number of drinkers, sliced and fresh beetroot, half a spoon of black salt (to taste), a pinch of black pepper to taste, and mint leaves, and one spoon of lemon juice. Turn on the juicer to thoroughly mix them. If it becomes too thick, add half a cup of water. We used a half cup of water instead of a large glass. Your tasty beverage is prepared but not yet ready to serve.


Take a glass, add some more mints for taste, some ice cubes, and the juice, and serve it chilled.

Notes:


I added white sugar; if you are health conscious you can use brown sugar or none at all.


Jaggery also has a natural sweetness that enhances the flavor.
